An Introduction
The MySORA was founded in September 2023 by 19 Malaysian regional anaesthesia leaders and enthusiasts, with its first AGM held at the Everly Hotel Putrajaya in November 2023.
Since then, the society has gone from strength to strength in members, achievements and in the organization of various regional anaesthesia and pain medicine events, courses and workshops in Malaysia.
The MySORA has also collaborated with sister societies worldwide in local and international events and strives to further reduce the global burden of pain.
The Goal
The Malaysian Society of Regional Anaesthesia (MySORA) is dedicated to developing an improving the practice of regional anaesthesia (RA) and pain medicine in Malaysia in collaboration and cooperation with other specialities and sister RA societies worldwide.
To promote and encourage excellence in the practice, education and research in regional anaesthesia and pain medicine.
